User research platform · PUBLIC RESEARCH BRIEF
PlaybookUXHow should evidence from different research methods be combined?
PlaybookUX describes an all-in-one platform for recruiting, conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research, with moderated interviews, self-guided tests, usability methods, scheduling and AI-assisted analysis. A shared platform can simplify workflow, but evidence from interviews, surveys, usability tasks, card sorts and tree tests is not interchangeable.

Three questions for the GTM team.
When AI analysis groups evidence across methods, what labels, source links and uncertainty should remain visible so a reviewer can reconstruct each conclusion?
Set up this study →Which findings may be shared as exploratory direction, and which require a new confirmatory study before influencing roadmap, messaging or navigation decisions?
Set up this study →PROPOSED AUDIENCE
Who should weigh in?
North American UX researchers, insights teams, product managers, product designers, research operations and marketers evaluating PlaybookUX. Include teams running moderated and unmoderated studies and stakeholders consuming AI-assisted synthesis. Proposed audience only; no PlaybookUX participant, transcript, recording, panel profile or customer project is included.
TWO TIME HORIZONS
Trial today. A habit tomorrow?
Near term · 0–90 days
Over 0–90 days, provide teams with fictional mixed-method evidence containing convergent signals, contradictions, duplicate participants and uneven samples. Compare traceability, method-aware weighting, uncertainty, overgeneralization and follow-up choices.
Longer term · 3–12 months
Over 3–12 months, follow mixed-method programs across repeated studies. Study repository duplication, participant conditioning, taxonomy drift, AI-theme stability and whether exploratory findings receive appropriate confirmation.
What would make the result actionable?
Use synthetic transcripts, task outcomes, survey responses and information-architecture data with known provenance and blinded reviewers. Preserve method, participant and evidence links; validate consequential claims with appropriately designed live research.
A Gather simulation returns hypothetical customer reactions. Quantifying revenue, traffic or retention needs actual business inputs and validation against observed behavior.
