Enterprise AI collaboration · PUBLIC RESEARCH BRIEF
Claude EnterpriseWhich context and permission cues make a shared Claude project feel trustworthy enough for real team work?
Anthropic currently positions Claude Enterprise for organization-wide access to Claude Chat, Claude Code, Claude Cowork and company connectors, with administrative and security controls. Claude Projects can hold uploaded knowledge and instructions, and Team or Enterprise projects can be shared with permission levels. These controls can shape adoption, but they do not prove that employees will choose the right context or validate an answer.

Three questions for the GTM team.
Before sharing a Claude Project, would a role-by-content permission preview or a collaborator checklist better help an owner avoid exposing the wrong context?
Set up this study →When choosing between uploaded project knowledge and a connected company source, would a context-boundary explanation or a guided source picker better help a user select the right evidence?

Who should weigh in?
North American knowledge-work, IT, security and business operations teams using or evaluating Claude Enterprise, including everyday users, project owners, workspace administrators and security reviewers. Recruit participants across function, AI experience and data sensitivity. Proposed audience; no private prompt, connector content, project file, account setting or employee identity is included.
TWO TIME HORIZONS
Trial today. A habit tomorrow?
Near term · 0–90 days
Over 0–90 days, test synthetic Projects, files, instructions, connector labels and permissions with seeded stale content, conflicting guidance and overbroad sharing. Measure context selection, permission accuracy, evidence checking, correction behavior and time to a defensible answer. Connect no production workspace.
Longer term · 3–12 months
Over 3–12 months, follow consenting teams in sandbox or de-identified environments as projects, roles and connected sources change. Examine reuse, context drift, oversharing, answer verification and abandoned workflows. Productivity or decision impact requires observed work outcomes.
What would make the result actionable?
Use versioned Anthropic and Claude documentation, synthetic documents, explicit expected-access matrices, hidden provenance labels, controlled conflicts and task logs. Score answer quality, source judgment and sharing safety separately, include missing context, retain original fixtures and use no private company data.
A Gather simulation returns hypothetical customer reactions. Quantifying revenue, traffic or retention needs actual business inputs and validation against observed behavior.
