GTM feedback and product prioritization · PUBLIC RESEARCH BRIEF
SavioHow should GTM feedback influence roadmap priority?
Savio describes a workflow for centralizing feedback from customer-facing tools, assigning it to feature requests, segmenting demand with CRM attributes, prioritizing requests and sharing roadmaps that can display request counts and cumulative monthly recurring revenue. That connection can make GTM evidence visible, but it also requires teams to separate verified customer demand from pipeline assumptions and the influence of a few large accounts.

Three questions for the GTM team.
When cumulative recurring revenue favors a few accounts while request breadth favors many smaller customers, what additional evidence should decide whether a feature moves into discovery?

Who should weigh in?
North American product leaders, product managers, product operations, customer-success teams, sales and support leaders, revenue operations, finance partners and engineering stakeholders evaluating Savio. Include people who enter feedback, maintain CRM attributes, prioritize requests and share plans. Proposed audience only; no Savio record, CRM field, account value, lost deal or customer feedback is included.
TWO TIME HORIZONS
Trial today. A habit tomorrow?
Near term · 0–90 days
Over 0–90 days, ask product and GTM teams to prioritize fictional requests linked to active accounts, churned customers and opportunities with different confidence levels. Compare handling of verified versus modeled value, segment filters, evidence review and the rationale shared with stakeholders.
Longer term · 3–12 months
Over 3–12 months, revisit the same request set as opportunity stages, renewals and strategy change. Study whether weighting rules stay consistent, whether pipeline values create priority churn and whether closed-loop updates accurately reflect what was decided.
What would make the result actionable?
Use synthetic feedback with versioned account states, known duplicate requests, confirmed contracts and deliberately uncertain opportunity values. Preserve the distinction between observed and modeled data, blind reviewers to company identity where practical, and validate commercial effects only against actual account outcomes.
A Gather simulation returns hypothetical customer reactions. Quantifying revenue, traffic or retention needs actual business inputs and validation against observed behavior.
